Our postpartum care is designed to truly nurture you in the tender weeks after birth, offering both hands-on help and meaningful emotional support. We believe caring for new mothers means honoring your healing, easing your daily load, and creating space to process your birth and bond with your baby.

Our services include in-home visits tailored to your needs. We offer newborn wellness checks, breastfeeding or feeding support, and compassionate emotional check-ins to help you feel confident and cared for. 

We also provide practical help around the home, such as light tidying, laundry assistance, and meal prepping nourishing, warming foods so you can rest and recover.

For mothers seeking deeper holistic and ancestral support, we offer custom herbal sitz bath blends, belly binding sessions, guided birth story processing, and traditional Closing the Bones ceremonies. 

These rituals help honor your transition, support physical healing, and create a sense of closure and integration after birth.
